The Driven Young Program started back in 2021. Our founder Byron Dempsey noticed how lonely so many people in their twenties were including himself.
Having gone through a personal development journey since a very young age he noticed a lack of personal development and growth programs out there for young people.
Having tried “meetup.com”, Facebook groups, Bumble BFF and all the other platforms nothing seemed to work. Making friends seemed incredibly difficult and this was something many people agreed with.
During this time he was hosting the “Driven Young Podcast”, the number one educational podcast in Australia designed to teach people practical life skills we don’t learn in school.
So, during COVID he put together the first draft of the Driven Young Program. A program designed to built friendships, connect people and teach them the skills required to thrive in their 20’s.
After the first program was a huge success, it adapted and continued to grow and change.
Now the Driven Young Program is run in Sydney and Melbourne 8+ times a year and rapidly expanding to other cities across Australia.
