Chris King Constructions specialises in quality architectural new builds and extensions with a focus on timber. We love buildings that are creative and interesting. We get excited about projects that push the boundaries with innovative designs that help us to continue to learn and grow.

Through a stringent screening process and a lot of help from the building gods, Chris has managed to build a team of awesome carpenters and, more importantly, really great people. We take pride in the quality of our work, and we do a whole lot of caring…about the job at hand, our environment, the state of our job site, each other, and you–our clients. We all enjoy what we do, and where we live, and we like to have a bit of fun along the way. All materials and tradespeople are sourced through local channels wherever possible and we value these relationships highly.

We appreciate that building can often be a difficult and stressful process regardless of whether this is your first build or you are an old hand. We understand that the key concerns of clients are:

– budget overruns,
– scheduling issues,
– poor workmanship,
– poor communication.

We have worked hard to develop systems and processes to help alleviate these issues and we take pride in maintaining effective communication pathways. We believe that good communication is fundamental to the success of a build.
